• A driver’s license, instruction permit, or identification card of any state, or province of Canada, U.S. Territory, District of Columbia or “identicard” issued by the State of Washington Department of Licensing.
• A United States armed forces identification card issued to active duty, reserve and retired personnel, and the personnel’s dependents. This may include an embedded digital signature in place of a visible signature.

• A Merchant Marine identification card issued by the U.S. Coast Guard.
• A passport; or
• Enrollment card issued by the governing authority of a federally recognized Indian tribe located in the state of Washington if the enrollment card incorporates security features comparable to those implemented by the Department of Licensing for Washington driver’s licenses.

Identification documents will not be accepted to verify age if expired.

A single transaction is limited to:

• One ounce of useable cannabis;
• Sixteen ounces of cannabis-infused product meant to be eaten or swallowed in solid form;
•  Seven grams of cannabis-infused extract or cannabis concentrate for inhalation;
• Seventy-two ounces of cannabis-infused product in liquid form for oral ingestion or applied topically to the skin;
• Ten units of a cannabis-infused product otherwise taken into the body.
