There are a lot of sections here.  Here is a breakdown of how they are. There are two sections for the header with the App Button, two for it without.  Here is the layout.

1st(top) is Desktop and Mobile header without the app button.

2nd is Tablet header without the app button.

3rd is Desktop and mobile with app button.

4th  is tablet with app button.

Will need to adjust the responsive settings for the 3rd and 4th section if we ever launch the app.

5,6 and 7th section are for mobile only and do not need changing.

Personal Information We Collect from You

 

We get most Personal Information directly from you, through the Site, or from transactions with you. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control browser settings. We reserve the right to update our practices and Privacy Notice as such standards evolve.

 

This Privacy Notice does not cover data we, or our authorized third-party vendors, licensors, service providers, or partners collect that cannot be used to identify an individual or to pseudonymous data.

 

Personal Information Provided from Other Sources

 

We may automatically receive and store certain types of Personal Information whenever you visit the Site, such as information from Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager on when, how often and for how long you use the Site, information related to your geographic location, and the content you submit and view. We may also use your email address or phone number to notify you about special events, deals, and promotions that may be of interest to you and track your loyalty points.

Retention, Confidentiality, and Security of Personal Information

 

We store Personal Information for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described herein, as we determine is necessary for business records, and as required under applicable law. If you are not a loyalty program member, we do not retain your name and contact information. If you are a loyalty program member, we retain your name, contact information, and driver’s license number to identify you. We may archive your loyalty program account if you have not made a purchase in the prior 24 months.

 

We restrict access to Personal Information to those who need to know in order to provide services to you and to conduct our internal operations. We maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your information. However, the internet is not absolutely secure and, thus, we cannot promise guaranteed security. In the unlikely event that we believe that the security of your Personal Information in our possession or control may have been compromised, we may seek to notify you. As applicable, we will comply with notification requirements for a security breach and may also notify you by email.

 

In the event of a merger, acquisition, corporate change, or bankruptcy, we may share or transfer your Personal Information as part of a transfer of our assets to the acquiring entity.

 

Children Under 13

 

We do not knowingly collect information from minors and the Site is intended for adults over the age of 21. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to us without your consent, please notify us at contact@commencementbaycannabis.com. If we become aware that information is or has been submitted by or collected from a minor under the age of 13, we will work to promptly delete this information.

 

Viewing and Amending Information

 

Commencement Bay Cannabis is located on the Puyallup Indian Reservation. Our customers primarily live in the state of Washington, United States. The Personal Information we collect is stored and used in the United States or on Puyallup tribal lands. Therefore, we make no representation that this Privacy Notice complies with the laws of any other jurisdictions, including other states, tribes, or international jurisdictions.

 

If you no longer wish to receive communications from Commencement Bay Cannabis, please contact us at contact@commencementbaycannabis.com. Opt-out requests may not be able to be immediately processed and we may continue to send you other types of transactional email communications.
